“SoMa is a great starting point. Big rooms in this updated small hotel. Access to gym and (small) pool across the street. No glitz but thoughtfully done for the traveler on a budget. Note: bring earplugs for the room fan- it’s loud and doesn’t turn off.”

“Hotel FIONA is truly beautiful. The facilities are top-tier: the gym is great and the heated pool is perfect for unwinding. My room was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Angelica is excellent; she was always ready to help and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Regarding the location: the area is lovely during the day. It can get a bit dark at night, but using Uber makes it perfectly safe and easy to get around—zero issues at all. Also, I found San Francisco looking much better than in previous years—cleaner, more well-kept, and with fewer people on the streets. It’s great to see the city like this! Highly recommended!”

“I'm a former long time SF resident, and omg this place is a hidden gem! Parking, the heated pool across the street, 24 hour help desk, my room was stunning, morning pastries and coffee. I loved the charm of the entire place. Great price point for a clean, unique place, in a central part of the city. So easy to get around to the places I was going. I want to tell everyone and yet no one to keep it a secret! Totally booking here again!”

“A great value hotel with helpful staff and bag checking when you check out before your flights and wanna do some sightseeing before the trip is out. Comfy rooms and beds with good conditioning. High pressure showers. Nothing I can think of could have been an improvement, perfection. The location is also close to all kinds of public transit and soma culture.”
